& Clinical Supervision for Therapists
I am a supervisor in training. I am currently enrolled in an advanced-certificate Level 6 supervision course for providing in-person, online and telephone supervision.
I have passed the academic elements of the course. And now I am seeking supervisees to complete the final, practical component of my training. I offer reduced rates to compensate for my trainee supervisor status.
What is supervision?
Supervision is a vital component of working with clients in a safe, ethical and competent way.
Fundamentally, I use the Seven-Eyed Supervision Model which integrates the relational and systematic aspects of the therapeutic work.
I feel this model works well with most theoretical approaches as it not only relies on collaborative reflection but also on supportive exploration and competence building.
And my integrative work as a therapists gives me an authentic insight into supporting my supervisees in the Psychodynamic, Humanistic and CBT approaches.
I am a member of the BACP and the NCS and strive to keep updated with their policies and relevant governmental legislation.
