In-Person Counselling

Being able to explore painful feelings in person helps to develop a distinctive therapeutic awareness and presence.  Hence, face-to-face counselling is a unique experience of connecting with someone who is authentically there for you in real-time and space to work through your problems and gain a different perspective.

Meeting face to face offers unique opportunities to experience, using other creative forms of expression besides talking.
