In-Person Counselling

Being able to explore painful feelings in person helps to develop a distinctive therapeutic awareness and presence.  Hence, face-to-face counselling is a unique experience of connecting with someone who is authentically there for you in real-time and space to work through your problems and gain a different perspective.

COVID-19 response

I follow the Government's guidelines and the Centre's policies, doing all I can to ensure your comfort and safety. For example, I pace my bookings so that there is a 30-minute change over between sessions which allows me to refresh the room. I provide antibacterial hand gel.

What to expect after our first contact is explained here.
