In-Person Counselling for Individuals and Couples

Being able to explore painful feelings in person helps to develop a distinctive therapeutic awareness and presence.  Face-to-face counselling offers a unique experience of connecting with someone who is authentically there for you in real-time and space to work through your problems and gain a different perspective.

Meeting face to face offers unique opportunities to experience other creative forms of expression in therapy, beyond talking.

Couples sessions are usually offered in person, with remote sessions arranged only in occasional special circumstances.

Looking after ourselves and each other

I follow the health and safety policies of the centres where I practise and ensure that the therapy rooms are clean and well ventilated. If either of us is unwell, we can arrange an online session or re-schedule where possible.

What to expect after our first contact is explained here.
