I adhere to the Ethical Code of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling Society (NCS).
 
I am a voluntary member of these professional Registers since currently in the UK there are no laws for anyone who calls themselves a counsellor or psychotherapist to have any form of qualifications or be a member of any organisations. However, the BACP and the NCS Registers have been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority. I also hold professional indemnity insurance and an enhanced DBS certificate.
